My husband and I went to La Casona the other night and was very impressed. The food was amazing, as was the service. Our waitress, a native Argentian was both helpful and friendly. She recommended a nice red wine from Spain (Mayana) with our meal. The food was amazing. Our appetizer was an empanada and we could have made a meal out of it, it was THAT good. Our steak was tender and our potatoes very flavorful. Accompanied with the steack was a wonderful sauce that I am still craving. For dessert my husband and I shared a fried cheese cake! Hummmm!
