i'm Mexican and have eaten in MExico about a zillion times, and nothing is ever good enough. This place, super hidden but in the middle of everything.. and open until FIVE a.m. on most nights, minus MONDAY CLOSED-is GOod Enough! It has been there for 25 yrs. and the owner has not changed anything! The margaritas are made by hand with fresh lime juice and lemon juice unbelievable--my husband said he liked Guisada and she said, 'i'll make it for you .. it's not on the menu but I'll make it for you'. This is a very small place. VERY SMALL place. I mean, as many times as I've been to lower greenville I have never noticed it! There is basically one waiter and one old lady who cooks i believe. i'm not sure but i didnt see any other cooks back there. But anyhow..the food is cheap and you get a lot. In my opinion the food isn't the absolute best mexican food i've had but it is still good and will fill you up. Esp. after a night of drinking. But the main reason why I will come back to this place often is the service! even when this small place is full the ONE waiter is great at getting u whatever u need fast. And back to tha sweet old lady! OMG she is so sweet! She gave me a hug and kiss on the cheek before we left! this is truly a diamond in the rough! MOST DEFINETLY COME HERE! Pros: great service, ton of food for price, small Cons: the service was too good to think about any cons more
