Favorite Restaurant For Lunch 6/1/2008

Friendly service, great menu & specials, and a totally different feel than the cookie cutter restaurants in town that target the tourists. From the kiesh of the day to my favorite Italian Combo sandwich, the food is always fantastic. You can sit inside in your choice of three rooms, or outside in the shade under a live oak. You never feel rushed, and the prices are more than reasonable. Definitely worth a visit. Pros: Relaxed, friendly, great variety for lunch more

Best food in town 5/27/2008

I was very satisfied with my meal. The ambiance and service was the best I have had in a long time. I had a wonderful Crab Cake Portebello Salad over mixed greens and for dessert a wonderful bread pudding. I dont know where the other people ate at, but it was not La's Bsitro. Pros: wonderful old charming house, and great food more

Very disapointed customer 3/22/2006

I ate there one time for breakfast, it was a very dry sandwich, with almost raw bacon, and no way to choke it down. Then I came on here and heard that a lady couldnt even redeem her gift certificate she had purchased from there. I think a buisness that is supposed to be as elegant as this one, should go out of there way to please the customer. Not turn them away...stay away from this place.... Pros: quiet, no people, sorta clean Cons: dry sandwich, very exspensive, dishonest more
