Incredibly Relaxing, Friendly Service, Shabby Chic Decor, Amazing Services 7/9/2007

La Belle Femme, Marblehead's Reader's Choice Award winner spa, is so relaxing and seerene. The service is unbelievable. I recieved a gift certificate from my husband, and had scheduled a massage by Neysa. I did not know what the spa looked like, considering I live in Andover. I drove by and was blown away by the amazing window boxes with a Nantucket Cottage feel. The beautiful crystal chandeleirs stood out to me as a drove in to the roomy parking lot. I walked in and saw the hairdressers hard at work in their stations. To my left, were two very lovely ladies, Kerry (owner) and Kris. They greeted me, and offered cucumber water tea or coffee. Kerry, the owner gave me a personal tour of the two floor spa and salon, she was incredibily friendly. She then sent me downstairs to the waiting room. Upstairs of the spa is the hair and nails stations, the front desk, and the Bling jewelry, and new cute t-shirts. Downstairs, is the massage rooms, and shower. Upstairs, there is also a bathroom. I waited on the couch, listening to peaceful music and running water. It smelled like fresh soaps and lavender. Neysa greeted me, and showed me to my room. She was so pleasant to be around. She then started my massage, and it was quiet, and oh, was my back feeling better already! It was so peaceful and relaxing, I recommend this spa to anyone who is looking for a slice of peace and quiet. Even though I live in a far away town, it was so worth the drive!!!\r - Excellent, friendly service; in person, and over the phone.\r - Amazing Shabby Chic decor, amazing windowboxes and curb appeal, beautiful place.\r - Incredible service, blew me away.\r - A little pricey, but better quality than Dales, my normal spa and salon. Worth the price!\r - Overall, an amazing business, and business owner ( who is so nice and polite, how does she do it? She has five girls and a business!)\r - Number one spa and salon, I am now a frequent customer!\r - Drop in- new clients get a discount! Pros: Parking Space, Relaxing Decor, Amazing Servince, Kind Employees. Cons: Hold on, I'm still trying to think of one. more

Amazing shabby chic decor and totally comfortable atomsphere. 10/3/2006

I was driving through Marblehead and the most beautiful window boxes in town. I was drawn to the attention to detail in the english rose garden. I parked out back of the salon/dayspa (which was a plus for Marblehead parking!) and headed in... I must say this truly was one of the most beautiful salon I have ever been in a shabby chic retreat! \r \r I asked for a menu and was greeted personall by the owner Kerry Callahan who personally gave me a tour of the two level salon and suggested a schedule a Decleor facial with Neysa. I loved the decor and feeling of instant comfort, not only in the salon but also with the owner- so kind and friendly- not to mention LITERALLY knew EVERYTHING about skin and advanced treatments to cosmetic procedures. \r \r I scheduled my facial for the next available Saturday and was a bit overwhelmed when I first saw how busy the hair salon was. I so wanted the same tranquility I felt from the other day. Before I could think another second a bout it- the desk staff greeted me and wisked me to the lower level waiting area with peaceful music and a cup a cucumber water. I was imediately at ease. I truly had the best facial- Not the kind where they leave under the mask, talk your ear off, keep all the lights on, no painful squeezing- can you tell I am a facial junky. The works in massage and foot exfoliation, massage and steam towels -no add on price! I have found my new haven and have even booked a blowdry after my next facial to try the salon too!\r \r Pros: beautiful shabby chic decor, staff is SO DOWN TO EARTH I felt like I had made friends more
