My Last Visit 12/29/2011

I am usually extrememly pleased with the end result when I have my hair colored and cut. This was my first experience with a "New Artist" and I was not impressed. The highlights didn't turn out well and had to be fixed then processed and washed all over again. Instead of a two hour appointment I was there for 3 1/2 hrs. By the end the color was okay but still, lesson learned, I will not be going to a new artist again. more

I have nothing wonderful to say about your spa and fabulous employees. I would like to comment on a few things, on the web site, anything you click on should take you to la Bella Vita Salon & Spa. I had to click on many things before hitting your link. Better for business. Also your holiday specials are great, but who has time to come now? If it has a buy it now, get it later deal, I'm in. I am way too busy in the holidays to come in to the spa. Otherwise, love, love, love your people & spa. Kelly more

"As we age" not a fun statement to hear but as it happens we hear it a lot! Unfortunately, our hair changes with it. This is why I love the Aveda products and the stylists at La Bella Vita. Even though my hair is "aging" it still looks and feels great! A big Thanks to Candy and all the staff for a great environment and taking such great care of my hair and body! :) more

a friend & myself made appts together for facials & were told we could have our facials at the same time & in the same room. recieved an email to comfirm appt which was at a diffrent time then the appt we had made so called salon & was told they never do 2 facials at the same time & she didnt know who would have said other wise. i canceled my appy after saying how unhappy i was. i will never go there again! * more

The salon is lovely and the stylists are great. I moved here from Boston where I had used the same stylist for ten years. It took me a while to find a great haircut here in Pocatello but I finally did at La Bella Vita. Stacey Rocks! more

I like going to La Bella Vita Salon because it feels very comfortable--like going to a friend's house. They offer a wide variety of services that I like taking advantage of. Aveda products are also the BEST! more

I love getting my hair done. I never felt rushed or that my time was up. When I left I was not only happy with my hair style I also felt Relaxed and I am akso looking forward to my next appointments. more

I really enjoyed my trip to the salon. Very nice atmosphere. Love the Aveda products. My hair color turned out just like I wanted and my cut looks great! Enjoyed tea and thought it was nice to be offered a hand massage. Will definitely go back for next time. more
