Tried La Bella Vita last night for the first time and am glad to say that after two years of searching for a great Pizza spot- We've found it. We had the ""enorme"" Ultimo pizza. It had fabulous fresh veggies and beautiful meat. The crust was cooked correctly and everything tasted great. The garden salad was good- a nice size portion that could be shared. I was a little skeptical of paying $7 for a garden salad but the size made it worth it. \r

This place is by far the best pizza I've incountered since I've lived here- especially since the metro area is saturated with chain pizza companies. My all-time favorite pizza spot was a small mom and pop shop that made everything by hand and knew all their customers' names. La Bella Vita felt almost ""like home"" upon entering. The staff was nice and the atmoshere was clean, welcoming (they have a table full of board games for customers to use) and service was quick.\r

The prices are slightly high, which will keep us from ordering as often as we would like. However, when we do want pizza it will come from La Bella Vita. I hope that they begin to offer some sort of Lunch Special- which will bring me in more regularly, as well as a limited delivery area. I fear that price and lack of delivery will keep some people, especially families on a budget, from frequenting La Bella Vita enough to keep it up and running.\r

I TRULY, TRULY hope that the word gets out on this place and that they will be successful.
Pros: fresh ingredients, nice atmosphere, local beer choices
Cons: just a little over priced- but worth supporting mom/pop
