We found this dealer's ads on Auto Trader & Craig's List. The car listed for sale was MISSING SEATBELTS WHICH IS ILLEGAL IN CALIFORNIA. The OWNER TONY IS A RUDE, SELF- IMPORTANT JERK. HE IS ESPECIALLY AGRESSIVE & CONDESCENDING TOWARDS WOMEN!!! Even his employees told us they hated him & called him names, AFTER THEY WATCHED TONY LIE TO US & THEN YELL AT US BECAUSE WE WOULD NOT PURCHASE A CAR WITHOUT SEATBELTS!!!! Pros: THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO BUY HERE!!!! Cons: CARS HAVE MAJOR PROBLEMS, OWNER IS LIAR!!!!! more

Do not ever buy a car here!!! They are super nice to you in the beginning then when all contract are sign they treat you like your crazy....They dont keep their promises..... AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! 12/4/2009

I called to get information on a BMW listed on Carscom and was hung up 7 times before finally getting someone to pick up the phone and stay on. When I asked about the car listed I was told the car is NO GOOD with a bad engine and to call back in a week after it is fixed. I advised the gentleman that maybe it would be best not to list the car since, it is not running. He cursed at me and hung up! Pros: NON Cons: EVERYTHING more

Pls don't even think to purchase a car here...Customer service sucks! they need to shut down! i recently purchase a car.. Which had several problems call numerous times got hung up... They took my down payment but can't even take care of my car problems.....I can't believe they have a business like this one! They are so rude....They don't care ones they got your money....Terrible service stay away From ""HECTOR (liars) AND TONY!!!!! should be a shame! to be in customer service! Turn Back While U still Have A Chance 8/15/2009

Ok I'm a huge mustang enthusiast so I know A mustang and all its details a mile away. I find this 2005 mustang offered for 9600, with 15,000 miles. I was like good deal I go see the car from front to back find all its defects. Salesperson walks up to me and I ask him if car was salvaged he replied ""no"" I asked was it a previous rental same answer ""no."" I proved him wrong on the rental part to test his honesty he lied to my face. Rental mustang differ from regular dealer sold mustangs in that they have a bumper guard on the doors which this car had. Since its not salvaged i asked any accidents he said no I asked for car fax he said we dont have one so how can he know about previous accidents, the car showed signs of repair on the rear driver side of the bumper. Thats two strikes for lying. Once inside, because of the price I still thought pretty good, they bumped up the price to 12,999 thats 3,300 more WTF 3 strikes for lying to my face I walked away ridiculous DO NOT TRUST. Oh also the add said 15,000 miles once there car had 21,000 should have known right from the start. Pros: Nice waiting area thats it. Cons: Lying salespeople, Bait and Switch, Unreasonable more

If your planning on buying a car cont come here, trust me its not worth your time or efforts because you will be lied to treated badly and ignored especially by TONY. If you want a decent car and nice friendly sales people go to Advantage Ford and ask for Steve he will take good care of you. As for these people they should be ashamed of themselves how they treat customers...and how they lie to customers just to make a buck. Pros: non Cons: everything more
