clear communication 1/19/2017

This was my second time at LMT. I appreciated Mark's clear explanation of what he found and its implications for the longevity of the car (a 2006 Honda), which really helped me make the decision to sell. He was very clear about what he knew and what he could not predict for sure. I don't know about prices because frankly I haven't done my homework on that. However, both times I took my car to them I found courteous competent people who were also able to communicate very clearly with someone who doesn't understand cars very well. I also appreciate that they gave me a ride home when I left the car. more

Family & Friends 9/29/2016

I feel like family. I have multiple vehicles that are serviced at LMT. Mark and Ron know me and my medical and financial situation. They always give me personal care. They work with me help me. They keep my cars up to date. Each of my cars are all over 100k yet Lmt has kept them running. My wife and three daughters are safe behind the wheel. Good friends who keep us safe. more

Excellent Service 9/22/2016

Ron and his crew were very accommodating with my pickup. After 225,000 miles of care, my car finally succumbed to an oil leak caused by Walmart changing the oil when I did not have the time to take the truck to LMT. Never again. Walmart did not put enough oil in, causing damage that eventually led to failures in the exhaust system. This was my last visit for this vehicle. LMT handled my grief over the loss of my beloved Frontier with grace and care. I now have a new vehicle that I will bring to LMT to make sure I can go another 200,000+ miles. more
