L.L. Bean 4/6/2006

My family loves making the trip to L.L.Bean weather it be during the day or at 2am! It is always a fun place to visit day or night. OUr son loves the fish pond and looking at all the animals that they have on display. We also enjoy taking a break at the in-store cafe where we can relax and get a cup of coffee or a warm bowl of homemade soup. The staff is always friendly and their 100% guarantee is awesome! My wife brought back a coat that ripped after 3 years and they gave her a new one no questions asked! more

LL Bean has been in Maine for many years. They want their customers satisfied or you get your money back guarantee. They have kept their word on this. You might have to pay more than most stores but they have top quality products. I have had a pair of their Bean boots for years and they are just as good as the day I bought them over 12 years ago. more

Outdoor activities 1/12/2006

I only been there once, but it is really attrative place. They offer a lot of outdoor activities such as kayaking, cycling, hunting. The activities counter is located in the mall. They offred one activities every 30 minutes. You can go with your group if you are 8 people, or you can join other group if you don't have 8 people. Besides of the activities, they also LL Bean outlet and many other outlet in the surrounding. more

Great Outdoor Store 12/18/2005

Friends have always highly recommended this brand for as long as I can remember. I've made a few treks up North while visiting friends in the Northeast. It's quite an amazing store. This store in Freeport is their flaghip store and is open 24 hours. They have clothing, home furnishings, anything outdoors -- gear for fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, boating, you name it, they have it. And the quality is superb. The best thing I love about LLBean is their return policy -- if you're not satisfied, just return it. I remember seeing people bringing back worn clothing or boots and the cashiers would just take it. I've been quite happy with everything I've bought so I've never had to use their return policy. more

Open 24 hours for your duck hunting needs 10/23/2005

LL Bean's flagship store is truly an experience for those really into the outdoors. The store is located in the middle of an outlet shopping village and is open 24 hours a day. The store holds special clinics on everything from winter sports to how to load your gun. LL Bean sells everything from sleeping bags to red flyer sleds. Their clothes are well made and inexpensive. If you cannot make it to one of their stores on the east coast you can shop on line at llbean.com more

LL Bean's flagship store is located in Freeport. They are open 24/7/365. They have clothing, camping supplies, and so much more. My favorite part of the store is the fish pond. It is so cool. My son loves to watch the fish swim around. LL Bean stuff is generally expensive, but they have a 100 percent gaurantee. You can't beat that. The store is easy to navigate. They do have an elevator for handicap individuals or strollers. Excellent customer service. During peak hours, it can be very difficult to find parking, so bring your patient hat. more

Fun Place for kids and adults 8/17/2005

LL Bean is a great company that really stands behind it's products.It's a bit expensive but well worth teh extra cost.The staff are helpful and friendly.the store itself is well set up and there's even a pond with fish in it in the middle of it all.Our son likes to go just to "see the sights." We NEVER go there during the summer because it's mobbed in Freeport at that time.LL Bean also offers many hands on activites at their other locations. more
