They seemed fine. They needed to order a part. when they called they said it would be over a week. I called around and found the part at 50% less than their price. They told me they wouldn't install it. THEN when another company came to install it it turned out I didn't even need the part. SO I'm left wondering if they would just have installed it and never told me I didn't need it - that some thing had just come loose. With a bible and cross on their business card they need to go some to meet that declaration!!!! more

Amazing experience 11/11/2011

Amazing experience. We had our furnace go out in the middle of the nite, and we have a newborn. we called several companies to no avail. L & G came out within 2 hours and repaired our furnace for $109. The then instructed us on the proper maintianance of our furnace. Very polite likable and knowledgable. more

Unprofessional 9/13/2011

I was using them to look at a refrigerator for one of my rental properties. I made an appointment and gave their number to my tenant to call them in case something changed. I also gave the tenant's number to them in case they had to change the appointment as well. Both parties knew how to get a hold of each other and they knew that they may be getting a call from one another. When L&G did not arrive at the allotted time my tenant called them. Instead of getting a straight forward, we are late and will arrive at a certain time, he was rudely talked to and said that he was not the owner of the property! I had to call them to figure out why they treated my tenant this way. Up to this point I had no problem with them. The tech did arrive, though a little late and was very courteous and nice. more

INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! We used them for our property management company to service appliances for tenants. We had scheduled Tony to go look at a dishwasher (Usually we dealt with the wife Denise). He had a scheduling conflict with the tenant and when we called to find out when he would be there he started dropping the f bomb and calling the office girl all kinds of awful foul names. When we said we were going to complain he stated he was the owner. Scary experience! Will NEVER use again! more

This company was honest and did not try to ripp me off by ordering parts I really didn't need, like a competitor tried to do. I would recommend Josh to any one!! more
