LC's is great for a quick burger! Once you've had an LC's burger... you will crave it! Seriously. What else to say LC's is simple, but good and cheap. It's just a burger stan...

Great burgers and fries!!! - Cheap @$$ charge for tap water! 11/2/2011

Great burgers and fries!!! Pass on the shakes. Unfortunately, they will still not reverse their cheap @$$ charge for tap water!!! I have been eating there for years since the burgers are so good. However, I am now forced to bring my own bottled water!!! A practice that they frown upon. I sincerely hope that they do not start charging for napkins and condiments! The reversal in good customer service started when ownership changed a few years ago. more

By far the BEST burger ever to bless this planet!!! I have traveled most of the US and have yet to find anything like the BIG DEAL at L.C.'s. The service is quick, inexpensive and tasty. Be careful, this stuff is adddictive. Once hooked, nothing else will do. Big Deal with everything + mayo and Onion Rings..gotta tryi it.... Pros: THE BEST BURGER!, Onion rings, $$$$ Cons: , addictive, not in Dallas TX more

LC's For Sure! 12/13/2002

LC's is a northland tradition. Far and above any of the franchise huts. An LC's burger rates about a 15 on a 1-10 scale. I am not exagerating in the least bit. LC's has ben rated number one burger joint in Kansas City many, many, times over. If you have the opportunity to stop in and experiance an LC's burger please do so. You will never regret it. A Decent Burger 11/1/2002

Quality beef means a quality burger at LC's. It's leaner but they must add grease to it on the grill itself to keep it from sticking. A decent hamburger for sure and along with Hayes, is probably the best in the Northland of the city. I wouldn't drive across town though just for their burger. Shakes are decent too as are their tenderloins. Onion rings are outstanding. Don't come here for a romantic date though. more

absolutely the BEST DEAL in town 8/30/2002

No longer live in KC but whenever I visit, I plan my flight so I can stop on the way to or from the airport and eat at LC's. Moved to the area in 1979 and was thrilled to discover LC's...a hamburger that tasted as good as any I had ever had. I don't know how they do it, but they are as good today as they were in 1979...it's just a great hamburger joint!!! more

This IS the best burger place for the price. They are REAL hamburgers and have to taste to prove it. The prices are resonable and the atmosphere takes you back to a simpler time in like, you can feel like a kid again while you suck on your shake and enjoy eating indoors or out.
