LBS: A Burger Joint at Red Rock Resort Casino and Spa

Typically when I eat a hamburger, it is on the run, in my car, and without much thought to what I am eating. When you get a burger at LBS, it is way different. They use quality hamburger so when you chomp down, there is no explosion of grease, just great tasting beef and quality toppings. \r Service is good and prices are reasonable for casino dining.\r Try the chicken fingers! I consider myself to be an expert in hamburgers. More specifically...eating hamburgers! I was skeptical when I saw The Perfect Burger on the menu, but I have to agree that LBS Burger Joint has the perfect burger. More importantly, they may have the perfect french fry. The bartender told me that they take a whole potatoe, stick it on this machine, and it creates one long curly fry that they drop in the oil. It is truly one of a kind. Add some cheese and chili and it becomes the cure for a Vegas hang over. more

Fantastic! As soon as I walked in I could smell all the great food and I knew I was in the right place. Our server was friendly and helped us decide what to order. The menu had a great selection of appetizers and burgers and the bar was full of all different types of microbrews. I made up my own burger and it tasted amazing. For an appetizer we got the fried cheese curds which were great and different. The prices were right and the all around experience was one I would recommend to anyone, and I will definitely be dining there again soon. Pros: Amience, service, choices. Cons: none. more

First off, it is super easy to get to which is a huge plus for locals that don't like to eat in the casinos all the time (easy to park at Red Rock). The burgers have a bunch of really good toppings to choose from and different ways to make a burger-all with homemade ingrediants (veggie, turkey or meat!) The appetizers are super fun, different than other places and yummy (fried pickles!) There are a lot of choices on one small menu. Although they have my favorite Ketel One Citroen there, there are also lots of fun beers to try that you won't see at most burger spots in town. It is worth the drive if you are on the other side of town! \r And last but not least, they have homemade desserts, like cookies and cupcakes, that are just the right size after a big burger! The first thing I loved about this place with the choices. I was really having a hard time deciding as I LOVE a great cheeseburger and there are so many options to choose from. Plus the onion rings were superb and I tried a few micro brews that I am dying to get again. The only complaint I have about this place is that there isn't one next to my home!!! Seriously, the Red Rock property is very nice and it feels more like a local upscale mall than a casino and then having a meal at this place made me forget I was even in Sin City. Will go back there soon...and now after writing this I'm really hungry! Pros: Quality ingredients from meats to deserts. Freshly prepared and wonderful flavor. A great value. This was a great place to stumble upon in Las Vegas. We were there the first week it opened. Service was great and the staff was super friendly. They helped us go through the menu and figure out what to try. Their portions are huge and worth every bite. This is not your normal burger and fries spot. They have great additions to each of the burgers (avocado, brie, grilled veggies) and even their veggie burgers taste delicious! Even if you are on the the strip this trip to Red Rock is worth it in order to try this place! Pros: Pro: HUGE portions and worthy veggie burgers (total bonus). Great Prices more

This place is yummy! You can really tell the food is fresh. Burgers are seasoned and perfectly prepared with a million toppings to choose from. Fries actually come with the burger (unlike some other burger joints in town that charge extra for them). Great food, great atmosphere, great place! more

I make this my new place to meet for business once a week when I am on the West side. I hope they put one in their Green Valley property.\r The food is very good, my clients like the atmosphere and it is well within my budget... so I don't have to limit my clients to what they order like I stress over at other restaurants.\r We all like the classic and current music they play and find the dry aged burgers and turkey burgers equally juicy... I don't know how they do it, but I can't make a burger as juicy as they do in my own home???\r The location is great for meeting with people as it's just off the parking lot, so I don't HAVE to walk through the casino.\r The service matches the restaurant - it's not too stuffy or too serious, but they know what is on the menu and point you in the right direction, which I appreciate.\r I look forward to my weekly trip across town - it makes work more enjoyable.\r Pros: Food, Service, Music, Pri$e Cons: Only 1 location in LV more

I am so excited! The veggie burger here is SO good. It is all natural, FULL of flavor and made with tons of fresh ingredients and has a little spice to it. I have been back several times because I crave the veggie burger and the fun and chill atmosphere - the music is killer! They have like 12 beers on tap and a lot of unique beers from micro brews. They also have an awesome milkshake and you must try the potato twister! I am so happy such a fun and cool place has opened at Red Rock. I have been frusturated with the restaurants there because they are either $50-100 per person with bad service, in the food court, or they have really bad food. LBS burger is wonderful for a dinner with friends, watching the game on Saturday, or a quick bite before a movie...AND it is affordable! You must try it out! It's our new favorite. We eat there a few times a week and still have money to play with. The food is great and the staff actually knows what they are doing... and appear to enjoy their work. The music is a nice change from the normal ""piped in music"" and they put most of their desserts (which are addicting) in to go boxes - so we take them to the movies or home for later - it's way better than the movie snacks.\r The bartenders know their beer and even have some for the females. There is this raspberry lambic stuff that my girl LOVES!\r The burgers are HUGE, taste GREAT and priced better than the other burger spots we've been to.\r I will keep going back and tell my friends and coworkers because I hope they do very well - I'd like to see one on the Strip and in Henderson - so they are closer to my house and when my friends visit.\r Keep up the great work LBS, we love you!\r more

LBS is our new found neighborhood treasure! My family has enjoyed LBS several times and it keeps getting better and better. This resturant doesn't miss a beat. The small details really stand out from any other burger resturant in Vegas ( the converse chuck taylors, Rockband music, and the bread and butter pickles are to die for !! ) The service is flawless and friendly. LBS has become our local favorite for the whole family any night of the week ( cheese churds and rootbeer on draft for my son, spicy burger and the football game for my husband, and the bree burger with the fried pickles.....a pregnant girls dream! ) You have to check it out ! I highly recommend LBS. There is something on the menu for everyone to enjoy! LBS serves American bar food with a twist, everything is gourmet and organic. I?m a vegetarian and their vegan burger is amazing and on a whole wheat bun! LBS also has a specialty beer list that has popular beers from all over the world with unique flavors available to sample. The servers are well trained, outgoing, and extremely friendly. The atmosphere is very welcoming, casual, and American. Try LBS and you will not be disappointed!!! Man was I surprised... \r I was expecting average and got WAY above average. \r First off, the food, top to bottom, is all very tasty and with great value. They don't nickle and dime you - fries come with all of the listed burgers... and the fries taste similar to In and Out, but a bit more flavorful - awesome!\r The apps (or Snacks as they call 'em) - are real good - Wings are BIG / hearty, not little dinky things. The Cheese Curds are AWESOME - and addicting. And the Potato Twister - is really really good!!! \r And the burgers.... MAN they are filling. The burger meat is ""dry aged"" so it has a great flavor but you aren't charged these crazy prices that most are hitting you with these days for meat. It seems like instead of trying to finagle you in to Kobe beef, they just give you great quality meat for regular restaurant price... that's a new way of doing things.\r Ok, so we've been back a few times and my chick has tried both the Turkey Burger and the Veggie Burger and she is addicted to the Veggie. The staff even informed me that the veggie patty, which they make in house from two dozen grians and vegetables, is 100% vegan... cool. The Turkey, which I tried, was really moist, which surprissed me. \r They also have sliders (or Bag O Burgers) - both beef and turkey, which a table next to us had - and they were really big - not those mini joke of a slider that most restaurants serve you and charge you too much for.\r They have a cool list of beers - both on tap and in the bottle and the ""Adult Vitamins"" are very unique - check 'em out - especially if your lady doesn't like beer. \r The desserts are crazy good, but we learned to bring them to the movies because we were too full. The cool thing is they package all of the desserts in specific boxes - so they travel perfectly.\r The staff is very nice and helps you understand what they have to offer and the room is cool to look at... and the music is loud enough to hear - the place has a cool vibe with great food. love it! Wow, this place is awesome. I love a good burger and LBS by far the best burger in Las Vegas. I been there a few times and each selection has been great. My favorite is the LBS Buger with Maytag Blue Cheese, bacon, herb mayo, pickles and grilled onions. Must try the Patato Twisters. I'm not one for veggie food, but the person I went with had the Veggie Burger with Brie cheese, pesto mayo, alfalfa sprouts cucumber, and red onion. She loved it. I tried it and surprsingly it was very good. LBS also has a great beer selection.\r \r If you like a great burger you've got to try this place. more
