In response to Mr. Powell's review: LBK Audio and Alarm Inc. NEVER puts lockout feature on any panels that they install. We have tried to explain this to Mr. Powell repeatedly but he is unwilling or unable to understand. After responding to every communication with him, LBK has paid him to get another company to go to his house and Mr. Powell can use his system. It was not needed but we believe our customers are always our top prioroty. Good luck Mr. Powell! more

Unethical and poor service 7/8/2017

Scott Swing, owner, refuses to provide access code. Locked my system out completely and is now holding my security system hostage so that I have to use his overpriced, monthly monitoring service. Have contacted 4 times and still refuses to provide access code. more
