Bally's many times is over crowded, parking is hard to find and customer service is below average. many times employees are just standing around and you will stand at the counter ...

Bally's many times is over crowded, parking is hard to find and customer service is below average. many times employees are just standing around and you will stand at the counter many times without being helped right away. i am really considering cancelling my membership. Pros: nice, friendly members Cons: customer service, parking, contract conflict more

Nice renovations 6/12/2002
