I have suffered with migraines, and headaches for years. My M.D. has not been able to to anything preventative, only prescribed me pills for after, but the pills make me miss out on life. I thought that was just the way life was going to be. \r A friend gave me Dr. Dana's number. I called her and life has changed. After my first visit I already felt better, the migraine I had had subsided into a dull ache. The next day I left clear headed. I went a couple of days without pain. I have continued to see the doctor regularly and although I still get headaches from time to time they don't last long and I now know where to go for treatment and I still get to live life! \r I should also mention that the front desk is great-they communicate well and seem to care as much as the doctor. They accept my insurance (out of network) but they handle the billing for me so it's worth it. And lastly, their massage therapists (Jamyang and Aurina) are both so gifted! \r I think everyone who lives in the valley should go here. I suffer from migraines and am always under a lot of stress (sometimes self-inflicted!) I went to see Dr. Zappala for an adjustment so that I could get a good night sleep and instead, I got relief for over 2 weeks. She transcended the physical aches and she got into my soul and pulled the anxiety and stress out of me. I followed my chiropractic adjustment with an acupuncture consultation and am going back tomorrow for a proper appointment.
