I lost a whole size and 15 inches off in the first 7-8 weeks at LA boxing Hoboken, going 3x a week. i'm a 51 yo woman, cycled approx 30 miles a wk, thought I was in decent shape... But I've blown through levels of fitness in these past 4 months - I'm now the same size as when I was 20 - I've reached levels of fitness I didn't know I could achieve at 51. I wanted to get in better shape for summer rock climbing, but wow - it's been amazing. The male instructors are supportive, take time to break down the moves for me - and they don't focus only on the young pretty women - they help everyone get the most out of their classes. The other class members are supportive as well, not competitive, and there's a nice mix of 20's, 30's 40's and up in the classes - it's a wonderful place I highly recommend.
