Excellent Service 6/15/2017

Once again L1 has performed great on my service requests. Greg is real helpful with suggestions and helping out with any questions or issues that may come up with my high mileage 3/4T Suburban. Spur of the Moment Need... 4/2/2017

I was at Sam's Club getting new tires when my name was paged. It seems Sam will not replace your tires if you are missing a Lug Stud. Tim fit me in and fixed it within the hour. AMAZING Service!!!! I know it is unreasonable to expect this to happen, but they saved my day! more

Greg has one of the highest standards of customer service I've seen anywhere--in any business, let alone vehicle repair. He takes the time to explain everything and the work is accomplished as promised. If there's a problem with a new part, it's replaced without additional charge. L1 is the most ethical repair shop I've been to in over 40 years of driving. And their prices are certainly competitive. more

Correct diagnosis, quality parts used and knowledgeable staff. 1/7/2017

My vehicle has only been into L1 a couple of times, only when the repair is something too major for me to handle in the garage. The Technicians have always properly diagnosed the issue, used quality parts in the repair and have knowledgeable Technicians on staff to do the work. They also back up their work with a warranty, I have recommended L1 Automotive to several family members and friends. more

Greg is among not only the best mechanics I've ever met, but the nicest people as well. Never looking to make an extra buck he treats your vehicle as he would his own and ensures all things are done to the highest standard.
