I am so sorry to do this but I called this company after reading all of these glowing reviews and I was very disappointed. It took them over an hour to get to me and take care of my locks - maybe next time I should say it's an emergency. Once they got here they did the job ok I am just adding this part to make sure I am fair and honest. more

Man I tell you, these guys are slick. I can’t help but think that I could have found a better price, but apparently after a little legwork, they gave me the best prices! I am still skeptical. But these guys are very good at their trade. more

When I called them., it was really a leap of faith. I never used a locksmith before. But the guy that came out to open the door was pleasant and I definitely didn’t feel overcharged. Overall I feel confident using these guys again if I need to. more

I hate it when I get a call in the middle of the night and find out that my daughter lost her car keys and is outside of some bar! I guess a disaster of a situation was made easier by the fact that these guys were able to work around my situation, taking an off site credit card and stuff like that. I refuse to say that I had a good experience. I mean If i were more careful to begin with, I wouldn't have lost my keys and I would have never needed a new car key, house keys, and business keys. But they sure made it as painless as this situation could possible be. I mean they were able to help me out with every single key that I needed. They were relatively fast (and can probably take a vacation now that I've payed their bills for a month) and they performed the job well. All of my locks work, some even better than they did before and i have fewer keys to deal with. A bit lighter in the pocket and I'm, well, like I said... I'm not saying that I'm happy! But glad that these guys are very good at their trade. more

Nice and friendly! 2/9/2011

they showed up and worked their magic on our doors - now I have one key that works on everything and the charge was far less then changing all of the locks ! my kind of company just great all around service I would recommend them for sure more

These guys were able to open my door faster than dexter when stalking his prey! I was literally shocked to see how fast he was able to get into my house! I'm pretty glad that they are professionals. I ended up calling them a week later to install a high security lock in my door and it makes me feel alot better knowing that the only way someone can get into the apartment now is by drilling the lock! (or though a window, but im on the third floor!!!) :) more
