horrible experience - he came over did not have the type of lock i wanted installed and he had to order them it took over a week for me to finally have a lock that I felt safe in my home installed on my door - i was expecting this to be done in one day and it took them over a week to finally get the lock i wanted and have it installed like I wanted to. The person on the phone handling my call was nice in the beginning but after a while they started getting an attitude on the phone to me all I wanted was my house to be secured is that too much to ask for ? is knowing what you want and insisting you get it a bad thing ? I don't think so .... more

Someone was stuck in front of her job last week with the keys locked in the car, but i told my wife that I wouldn’t tell any of her friends about it, so I wanted the rest of the world to know! :D Good thing I was able to have these guys open up the car for her. They were even able to have me pay for it and I wasn’t even there! A little paperwork and it was all done. Great job. more

I’ve never been in the situation before, but when I lost the keys to the van, I definitely needed to have them replaced. I called these guys after they popped up on my phone. (thumbs up for google maps!) The guy was here in about a half hour. Wasn’t too bad. I had the key about 20 minutes after that. I mean it wasn’t exactly cheap, but it is a new van. But I’m glad they were able to do it being a Saturday night and all. more

I never thought that someone would be able to rekey such an old lock. But the tech was able to come out and take care of it! I was pleasantly surprised at the swiftness and courteousness of the technician. . more

I was driving cross country with my man and I must have lost the keys at the either at the motel or at the restaurant, or somewhere in between. But in any case, I had no idea exactly where we were. The guy at the desk didn't have a clue as to who i could call for an ignition key. But I decided to hit up my phone and they found these guys. Their office wasn't too far away, so we called. They ended up finding us by the name of the hotel and the cross streets. I'd say that was pretty good. They were able to make us a new key and it didn't take too long either. Overall, they took a nightmare of a situation and turned it into something that only ended up costing like two hundred bucks. I'm glad I found them on my phone and that they were local! they came and changed out the locks in my new apartment. I scheduled an appointment a few days prior to me moving in - they did very good work and the prices were very reasonable. more

There's nothing I hate more then getting locked out - very thankful to you and your amazing team which were not only very courteous and efficient over the phone but unlike other places I called were on point and knew what they were talking about. Thanks so much. more

I sure tried to be motivated, but I ended up buying a lock to replace the barely functioning one on my door like 6 months ago. And it just sat there in the box! I called up this place because I finally realized that I was way too lazy to do the job myself. I can't say that I'm thrilled about spending the money on an install job, but it sure saved me the headache of doing it myself. And I don't have the lock sitting up on the mantle anymore either! Glad these people installed it for me in the end! more
