The Service was fantastic - he came over within an hour of the time i placed the call - re keyed all my locks so now I can have ONE key on me and people will stop calling me the janitor all the time... But what I was concerned about and very happy about as well was the fact that after he showed up he looked everything up and gave me a quote to approve before he started working. Highly recommended. more

good prices and quality work! 6/8/2011

I kept telling myself to have someone look at the lock that i was having trouble with, but of course I didn’t. Long story short, I ended up breaking the key in the lock. So i used my little phone and it gave me the phone number for these guys. I called them and instead of just having some fix my lock, i needed to have it replaced. I guess it wasn’t too bad, now I have a new lock and all of the spare keys that have been lost over the years no longer work. more

On a list of a million, i picked out these guys! 4/8/2011

I didn’t know exactly what to expect when I called this place up. But they ended up performing great service around my schedule. I needed to reschedule 3 times before I was able to actually keep the appointment. It was all for the best in the end. The price was acceptable and the job was done well. more

quick and reliable! 3/25/2011

I used my phone to find a locksmith when my girlfriend lost her keys the other day. The guys came out to the house relatively fast, especially considering the fact that it was rush hour. but when the tech made it out here, he had the door opened in a matter of minutes. It was all good. more

Beyond expectations! 2/20/2011

Unbelievable! This is the third time in as many months that I broke the key to the front door! I mean, talk about sub-par material! This time I had these guys put in a new lock with a completely different key. It was some kind of heavy duty key with a muscle man on it! But whatever. All I know is that it was more expensive than your standard run of the mill lock, but this key isn’t going to snap in two! more

Unbelievably great service! 2/11/2011

I got locked out last night and called them - the girl i spoke to over the phone said that they were a running a bit behind and that it would take about 45 minutes to get to my house. I appreciated the honesty and booked the call. 25 minutes later they show up at my door and 3 minutes later my door was open. When he took a look at my lock he told me that it looks like someone tried to pop that lock. I wasn't sure if he was trying to sell me something or replace my lock so he could make more money but then he said - talk to your landlord and tell him to replace that lock for you that way you will not be the one paying for it. YES ! They were honest and polite and I am happy to leave 5 stars of excellence for them. more

Awesome service! 2/3/2011

got locked out early this morning - this being memorial day and all you can imagine I was already imagining my one day off going to waste. Rest assured I called lock 24 service and they came over in half an hour - opened up my door and re keyed my locks as well, Free of charge. thanks and happy holiday. more
