Unbelievable! But i'll take it! 7/14/2011

Already furious about the bad day I was having and then I locked my keys in my car. In Raged I called up a locksmith company being already upset I guess I took my rage out on the dispatchers but they were so professional and continued to kill me with kindness to help me get a locksmith out to me they said he will be out in 30min. He showed up after an hour but he got me in my car without a scratch. more

Hey, i can't complain about someone who went out of their way to help me out.. 5/13/2011

Must have been the full moon or something. I left the keys on the seat of the car, then the doors locked. I couldn’t use the remote entry either because the battery had died. So i was kind of screwed! That is, until I called these guys. I had him open the door, and he even gave me a jump to start. I am very happy I found these people when I did.. more

It was friday night. It was cold and rainy. And all through the neighborhood were the sounds of my husband screaming and yelling about how shitty the locks were. He couldn’t open up the door. I gave these guys a call and they came out to me and let us in the house, but not before my husband decided to give the tech a few choice words to hear. It wasn’t the techs fault, but he let my hubby vent. then afterward he said not to worry about it that he is used to working with frustrated people. Thanks guys, in many more ways than one! more

quick and relativity painless 3/25/2011

Great service! I didn’t think that it would be so painless to change a few locks on a new house! All the work was done in like an hour and a half. I’m happy about all of it! more

I have no idea what some people are thinking! 3/23/2011

I moved into a new place last week. I never gave any thought to changing the locks, that is until some dude started unlocking my door from the outside thinking he was surprising his girl! Boy was he in for a surprise when I “politely” told him she moved out a while back! So i had new locks installed and feel much better. I can’t believe that the realty company didn’t recommend changing the locks! Bad realty company. I’ll leave their name out of it because I don’t want to see a rent hike next year! more

Just what I needed 2/14/2011

So the other day i was all upset when i realized that i lost the keys to my car. I wasn't home, I was visiting a friend of mine and didn't know the area well. As a matter of fact I had absolutely no idea where I was! But lately i've been taking self healing classes and so I just took a deep breath. I heard a bird tweeting and when I looked up, I saw a billboard that said "need help? google it!" So that is exactly what I did from my phone! I found these guys and called. They were here in less than an hour and I was on my way soon after! Now I can really say that when I was in need that a little birdie told me so! more

i called them when i got locked out - they called me back after 10 minutes saying that they are backed up and could not help me. They then looked up an alternate number for me as I was not near a computer ... they genuinely cared for my well being so thanks ... more

Better service than I ever expected! 2/3/2011

I was heading to a sweet 16 for my goddaughter. We were such in a rush I had forgot where I had put my car keys.. We tore the house up looking for it.. All dressed up . looking for Those car keys.. My Goddaughter started crying fearing she was Missing her own party.. I decided to call your locksmith service and See if they could make a key for my Honda Civic. The Locksmith Came within 30 minutes and made me a new key just in the nick of Time at a reasonable price. I appreciate such professional and efficient Service.. Thank You more

Simply, the best! 1/21/2011

I was on my way to target and realized that i didn't have the car keys on my key ring! I have absolutely no idea what happened to them, but I called these people. They were recommended to me by my neighbor who used them a few weeks back. When the guy arrived, it took him about 20 minutes to get into the car. And luckily for me, the keys were on the floor of the car. So I didn't need a new key and that was great because the guy said that it was going to cost like two hundred bucks! But instead, i just had to pay for the guy to open my door. Overall, it was a good experience. I can't complain too much. more

good service 1/15/2011

These guys are pretty good. I didn't know exactly what to expect from a locksmith these days. But they were able to have new locks put on my store and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. (just an arm) j/k But seriously, they were nice enough to wait until after hours so they did not interfere with holiday shopping traffic. They are really good and I'm happy. Excellent job! more
