Hate to say it... 7/14/2011

I really hate doing this because the person on the phone was super nice and accommodating - however once they got here they could not re key my lock and told me I had to replace it ! WTF ? I'm just gonna go and buy myself a new lock and install it myself it will end up being much cheaper then getting them to come over and do it for you. Too bad. more

These guys helped me out and saved me some money! 5/13/2011

These guys aren’t too bad. They were able to rekey my locks and have one key open up 3 different doors! I can’t claim to know how hard it is to do this type of work, but it sure looked complicated to me! I’m glad I had it done though. My keyring now weighs about 5lbs lighter lol. more

Late night debauchery always leads to missing keys. It is a good thing I have these guys number planted in my top five! lol,.. Not really, but they’re definitely in my phone, and for a good reason! more

Car doors, house doors, bicycle locks, safes. When I had to call them i felt like a disgrace! Spoke to holmes, told me it was gonna cost two hundred bones.. He came out to da crib and all i did was adlib. Minutes later he said the work was done, Now i was able to hit the crib and not look like a bumb... more

I sure tried to install the lock myself. But there was no way in the world that I was going to figure the damn thing out. So I looked up locksmiths and stumbled across these people. I gave them a call, expecting a horror story, but instead they provided excellent service and were done rather quickly! They didn't charge me too much for the mess that I created either, which was the best part of the whole experience. Overall, they did a very good job and I would be happy to use them again. more

they came out and installed brand new locks in our home. two weeks later the lock stopped working. We called and they came out that same day and repaired it free of charge. excellent customer service and prompt attention to our account wins this company 5 stars from me ! more

Unexpectedly good! 1/21/2011

I called them once before. Just like last time, the guy came by exactly when we asked him to. It wasn't too bad of a price either. This time I had no idea what it would cost, but at least I was able to get a car key in the middle of the night. Wasn't the same guy, but the guy knew his stuff. more

Very friendly people 1/15/2011

These guys are pretty good. They are fast and efficient. They were able to take care of me when i bought a new condo. As a matter of fact, they were so good that I decided to have them rekey my office locks also. It is a good idea to have that done after letting go of a keyholder anyway. Overall, they are really fast and very reliable. A+ service provided! more
