L & N Carpet Cleaning

They do it way too fast. They are VERY unprofessional and they get attitudes when you ask them to redo something. DON'T argue with your customer.... They didn't move some of the furniture. we had to do it ourselves and pointed out that they needed to redo it. As a woman, I shouldn't have to move things myself wen there are two grown men here who I am paying to do it! OH and the employee tried to sell me drugs.... more

They came in and did a rush job and did not get the carpet clean. more

They worked way too fast and did a absolutly terrible job!! I rented a Rug Doctor and was amazed at how much dirt came up and how much fluffier and clean the carpet was, even soft. L&N did a very poor job, the rug doctor and myself put them to shame for a 1/3rd of the cost. more

TERRIBLE! They didn't do the job right. They had to come back the next day to finish the job. They overcharged us. Their stain guard application didn't even protect the carpet for a month. The carpet looks the same after a month as it did $250 ago and we don't even wear shoes inside the house. We contacted them about this and they just gave the run around. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your money with them! Cons: They don't back up their work. They don't care about their customers. more

I had my carpets cleaned by them, just before moving in to my home. I had no boxes around, just furniture pieces. The first thing I can say is that they didn't want to move my furniture, they just wanted to clean around it. I offered to move the furniture, so that my whole room would get cleaned, and the two of them weren't thrilled, but did clean the whole room, once me and my friend moved everything for them. All I can say is that I don't know how they expect things to get cleaned when they do this very fast back and forth motion over and over to the end of the area. My five rooms must have taken them 30 minutes tops. The next day, my carpets didn't look much different than when they started. Easy stains had been left, and it was a waste of my money and time. I called and left my comments, and they offered to come back out and clean it again, but since I already knew the type of job that I would get, I decided to skip it and go to someone else. I was disappointed because I had heard them endorsed on a radio station that I trusted and found the endorsement to be less than accurate. more
