Scam - THEY ARE NOW CLOSED 1/1/2012

Krem Ultralounge, Twenty7 Sportsbar, LMS Investment Group Inc., Metropolitan Club in Arlington and The Hub Sportsbar in Addison all have ties to a criminal named Stephen LaPaul Williams. Steve defrauds individuals out of money in the guise of opening a club, and takes their money. This is their usual MO: they open a business, and when it gets too hot, they shut it down and open another location. Between 2008-2009, Steve defrauded 4 investors out of almost half a million dollars. He has not been prosecuted because the Dallas DA's Office has a policy that they do not prosecute individuals who are not in custody, and they DO NOT conduct investigations. During the year the DA was ""investigating"" my case, Steve became involved with Krem, Twenty7, Metropolitan, and defrauded 3 other people of $170k while under ""grand jury investigation"". When I found this out, I contacted Joseph Oman, State Securities Board, and he went to talk to the DA. He found that all the DA had done in a years time was subpoena bank records. He said, ""we can see where they put your money into a bank account, unfortunately, all their withdrawals were cash, and it would be just too hard to even put a jury panel together."" Steve, Mike Lakomski, and Lisa Worsham started an investment company called LMS investment group, right across the street from Krem. They are now closed, but that's their MO. They start a business, take whatever funds they can out of it, and move on, leaving peoples lives a mess. Steve is a very likeable individual, but it's all an act to get what he wants. If you’re his friend, he showers you with drinks and smiles. But if you’re not, he'll steal you blind. Steve was the owner of Industry Bar (now The Hub). He sold the Industry Bar to Kyle Hidell and his father, even though, he had signed an affidavit that he would not do so while involved in an open lawsuit against him, Lawrence Groth and Mike Lakomski. He sold it anyways and his attorney ""withdrew with cause."" The investor suing him was awarded a summary judgment, as these criminals didn't show up to court. I did not know this investor when I was dealing with Steve, but they painted her as a ""crazy *****"". We did not know she was suing them. When Gary Adornato (another criminal and friend of Steve's) advised our group of investors that Steve and all associated with Industry Bar were forfeiting their interests in Industry Bar, we did not know it was being sold to Kyle Hidell, who silently sat with the rest of the investors and said nothing. Sandy Pofahl, who was also an investor with Industry Bar, did not say anything either. We are in the process of bringing these and more issues to light in the public eye; the ineffectiveness of the Dallas DA, all of Steve's and his friends crimes, and put them behind bars. I know many of you are friends of his, but, you would not feel the same if he ruined your life. We will not stop until he is behind bars. Steve, I have too many audio recordings of you, Gary, and others. Just ONE news organization is all it's going to take to expose you, the DA and bring all this to a close. Oh, and Kyle, you had no business dissolving a partnership you were never legally a part of. You were placed in our group by Gary Adornato. The bogus Agreement that Gary wanted us to sign, and YOU pushed until the end (for the investors to relinquish all our civil and criminal rights) has been carefully preserved. So was that last meeting we had at Industry Bar, when YOU dissolved the partnership. Enjoy it while you can boys. Your dream will soon turn into a nightmare. more
