We had our dogs boarded here while we spent 4 days in Florida. When we got home we noticed our youngest dog was pee'ing blood!!! Long story short, our youngest dog contracted a Urinary Tract Infection(UTI)while at this kennel. I don't know if they weren't taking her out or what the deal was, but we will NEVER board our dogs at this kennel again. more

This establishment is terrible. Last time I was in there an associate was trying to sell a Jack Russell Terrier puppy to a family who did not want an energetic dog. HELLO! Also, the associate said the JRT was discounted $100 because she had luxating patella, which she claimed to this poor family would correct itself after a few months. THIS IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE. More than likley this animal will end up euthanized at a shelter due to the family not being prepared for its energy level or the extreme vet bills for its medical condition. The tanks are dirty, several dead fish just floating about and associates on personal phone calls while customers wait for help. If you want a small pet store experience try Pet Food Center a little further down the street just past Rural King. This place is AWFUL Pros: Sometimes good prices Cons: everything else more

THE BOARDING WAS TERRIBLE I LEFT MY DOGS FOR 3 DAYS MY DOGS ARE HOUSEBROKE WHEN I ARRIVED TO PICK THEM UP KENNELS WERE NASTY AND MY DOGS HAD NO FOOD OR WATER EVEN THERE BEDDING I BROUGHT FOR THEM WAS SOILED WITH STOOL IT LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD BEEN LEFT ALL 3 DAYS IN THERE OWN MESS WHEN I GOT HOME BOTH MY DOGS DRANK LIKE THEY HAD BEEN IN THE DESERT AND I COULDNT GIVE THEM ENOUGH TO EAT more

This place had an overpriced bad selection, the animals looked miserable, and the staff seemed more eager to hang out with their high school friends than help me with a sale. I wish this site would allow me to put negative five stars!!! more

NO please don't buy from Pet stores that sell animals. Be a hero rescue a animal from the pound!! As for shots get them the same day if possible. All animals can get sick and die. But why get it from a pet store and pay for it and ir dies too...or lives. Gamble and rescue from a pet store or the pound. If your expecting prompt service this isn't the place to go. You cant tell who works there and who doesn't, everyone is just sitting around in the door way and no one is offering to help you. The selection is small and puppies seem very unhappy there. more

i went into this pet store to buy a puppy cash in pocket and everytime i tried to get someone to help me he was too busy talking to a girl that was working in the store. when i finally got his attention he was very rude and was not much help at all. needless to say i didn' t buy a puppy from there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
