L Form Design

I'm not one for writing reviews but I often look at reviews of others before I make a purchase. I found this company to be more profit than product. First, let me say this is 2012 there is no need to be paying thousands of dollars for a website unless your into retail. I had a site done by this company and what a waste of money I could have used for a vacation. The owner never pays attention to detail and somehow milks the cow to keep you paying for things that should have been done in the first place. When your paying good money and guy pretends he has no time because he's worried about other business than your business word to the wise give him two fingers "Peace' and go some where else. The custom work he performed was sloppy and amateur. He told me there were things that I wanted that couldn't be done; only to go on youtube and see some other guy give a tutorial on how to do it. Trust me there a number of themes out there you can buy between $10-45 dollars and have it come equipped to your liking. These so call web design companies use other developers templates they purchase at 15 bucks top and then charge you 3000-5000 dollars for something you could do yourself. Rip off! Real developers have the ability to create new templates and have it look unique and professional, not Lform they are not real web design company. Here's a bit of wisdom if you ask for a site and it's not custom and they want to charge you 2500 or more laugh in there face. Blogs have taken over and they are so many wordpress sites that are now capable and better than the old fashioned way of doing things. BTW faster too in creating your site from start to finish 1 day tops depending on what you need. I now because of a bad experience I have learned how to manage a website and even code. I couldn't believe it was that i was able to do it myself. Look all companies have their flaws but I would hate for someone not to tell me the truth and have me give my money away to a company that is imho mediocre to not very good. more

I love my website. Ian is a very talented artist as well as being a knowledgeable web designer. He keeps up with the latest and the best trends. But what I like about him best is his artistic touch. more

As a professional musician with an active career, I needed a website with a lot of content, to function as a promotional tool (including soundclips) and which would have interactive elements that I could frequently update (calendar and blog of my travels.) Ian Lowe came up with a beautiful, elegant design that incorporated everything that I wanted. He really listened. (!!) His design sense is extremely fine, he is total pro and a pleasure to work with. Ok Ian gets it! What I mean is after two years of trying to get my site done and meeting with 4 other web designers I met Ian and he got me, my company and what I was looking for . I wanted simplicity, creative fresh design and excellence. The other web designers pitched there technical prowess to me and it sounded like it may work but after a few meetings I quickly was lost with my project in a sea of tired ideas and technical useless applications. I met with Ian twice and in a week he had a simple beautiful functional site for me that was very close to what I wanted. After actually listening to me and what I wanted the second revison was done and the site that I had wanted for two years materialized with ease and a simple flow. The site that had been stumbled through by some many others was now created by Ian I was amazed and it seemed very easy for him. He has a design eye that most web designed think they have and say they have but few actually create what he creates. If your looking for ease of use, fluid creative design I would recommend Ian. Someone had recommended Ian Loew at Lform design. I called Ian and he came to the office and listened to my ideas and the doctors ideas on what our website should look like. They were somewhat scattered and very different ideas. He was able to decipher our wishes and design a website that was professional, attractive and effective, in a short amount of time. The only thing that held up Ian was us not being able to make up our minds.
