I've never written a review before, but I had such a horrible experience that I had to post a review. I had a pizza delivered and when I opened box, the order was incorrect. So, I called to report it and the employee said I ordered the wrong item. She said it was my fault and didn't offer to fix the mistake, or even apologize. However, I always order the same type of pizza, so I know she must have misheard me. I've worked in the food service industry for years and the business model has always been based on ""the customer is right"" philosophy. When I said to the employee, ""So, you are telling me, the customer, that I'm wrong?"", she said ""Yes, it happens."" I asked to speak to the manager who was of little help. In today's difficult financial times, I would think restaurant managers/owners would do whatever they could to keep customers. However, that was not the case here. There are 5 pizza places within a 1 mile radius from my house and I will never go to L.A. Gourmet Pizza again! They do not treat their customers with respect and it was the worst service I've ever received!
