As soon as I stepped into the restaurant, I was overpowered by funny smell. Plus, the carpet reminded me of some 80s hotel and that didn't even look clean. On top of that, the service was not good. The price seems unjustified for the atmosphere - I've been to top Japanese restaurants like Yamashiro and Nobu in L.A. and their price is similar (okay maybe a little bit higher) to Kyoto.
