We went to take our dog to get shots and have his teeth clean. The dog is very old and does not have many teeth. They cleaned the teeth and then called to say they all needed to be pulled out and so they were going to charge us 600 to 700 dollars to pull 10 teeth on top off the 359.00 for cleaning teeth that needed to be pulled anyways! We took him to a vet a coworker recommended and the vet said we got taken for a ride and he could pull the teeth for around 200.00, he also said he would not have cleaned them if they needed to be pulled unless he called us first. Never will we go there or recommend anyone. They overcharged for every service. Stay away! more

I brought my dog here when he was not feeling well , they were very understanding about my concerns . Needles to say my dog is healthy an back to himself thanks to there help. Thank you Kyle Animal Hospital more

Horrible vet! The front desk staff is nice. That's the only positive thing i can say. We spent more time in the waiting room than with the vet. He was in and out so fast! We went in after hours when our dog was sick. He had absolutely no answers for us. He suggested "lab work" , X-rays", even "pain meds!" He was going to send us home with pain meds without knowing if or why our dog would be in pain! When I explained to him my frustration with the situation he said "I'm not a magician, I can't tell what's wrong just by looking at him." I asked "Why would we come to you if you can't give us some idea of what could be going on" His answer was "I didn't go to your house and force you to come here". In the end he said "We are not the vet for you, so if there's an emergency in the middle of the night , do not come to us for help". Needless to say, I won't. more

I love this Veterinarian office. The staff is friendly and helpful. They put you at ease immediately.. Plenty of off-street parking. My 2 dogs feel comfortable there and trust the staff. We were looking for a Vet when we first moved here and were so glad to find a vet close to home. They care about the animals and ensure they get the best personal care. The Vet takes time to explain things to you and is not in a hurry. I really like this, I feel that I can ask questions and not feel the Vet is in a rush and I am bothering him. Their prices are competitive. I highly recommend this Office, They offer pet food, leashes, collars, treats, etc. A beautiful clean office, friendly caring staff. Plenty of off street parking. Prices are very competitive with other veterinarians in the area. more
