People can argue about who has the best manapua in town...some may say it is here at Kwong On but I am not one of them. It is good though. Not as fluffy or big as other places (both their steamed and baked versions), their manapua has one thing going for them...once you open one up, you will find not the indistinguishable mash of meat in others' but you will actually see chunks of meat (presumably char siu) in their manapua. The pork hash, half moon, etc are decent as well. Their takeout Chinese food is the usual fare (oyster sauce chicken, beef broccoli, etc) but very cheap--a loaded plate will put you back only about 4 dollars (or 5 if you indulge in a couple dim sum offerings). Any more expensive and I wouldn't eat here as it tends to the bland side for my palate. But a bit of mustard shoyu helps. Very crowded at lunch time but the counter people are very fast and efficient. Strictly takeout.
