I initially had a bad experience with a job they printed for me which they didn't seem to want to fix but after leaving a not so nice review they rectified the situation leaving me more than satisfied with the product and the price. more

Most people only take time to complain about a company but not to compliment it. I would like to take this time to compliment Kwik Kopy Printing for a job well done. I found the staff to be very friendly but more importantly knowledgeable about both printing and mailing. I had been using a company with young and inexperienced staff so it was great to finally find real experts that were willing and capable to help me. The offset printing part of the job went like clock work and was completed before my deadline and the mailing of the project actually came in BELOW budget. Thank you Kwik Kopy Printing & Mailing for the extra effort and for a job well done! more

I always thought that Kwik Kopy was as the name implies. Copies! Wow was I wrong. Our company had an event happening in 2 weeks and I was handed a concept and a mailing list of 6000 addresses and told to get it done. Driving by I Kwik Kopy saw the sign that said mailing so I stopped in. The guy that greeted me Knew exactly what needed to be done, picked up the phone and asked their designer join or conversation and within 10 minutes they had my concept becoming a reality. 2 hours later they emailed me the design proof. I made a couple tweaks to it and the next thing I knew we were ready to go to press. Yes I said press. I had no idea that Kwik Kopy Printing was a full service printer. Bottom line my concept was made into reality in 3 days. They handled my needs in a very professional manner. Thank you again Kwik Kopy. more

first, the website is completely un-intuitive and i did not enjoy that aspect of it. however, being able to upload files straight to them is nice. decided to go down to the place to deal with them directly and the person at the front desk, while she was as sweet as sweet could be, knew absolutely nothing about printing or paper types or nothing else related to the business. i don't know if this was someone filling in for the normal person or a new trainee or what. example: i asked for a more textured, grainy version of the ivory cardstock i was going to use...she goes to the back to ask if they have textured paper and brings out what looks like a slightly off white piece of regular copy paper. ""they said this is the only texture paper we have."" ""there's no texture on this. it's just regular paper,"" i say. ""well, you probably would be able to see the texture if it were a heavier weight of paper,"" she says. ""yeah, if the sky were green then it wouldn't be blue,"" i say. needless to say, i knew i wasn't getting anywhere with this idea so i just went with the plain and simple. meanwhile there are at least 2 or 3 dudes in the back printing area who i know can hear what's going on out front but they don't bother to come out and see what they can do to help, even though the nice reception lady kept running back and forth to ask them questions about my order. i do need to mention they did actually get the printing job right and the price was reasonable. then again black and white copies of some text on card stock isn't rocket science....nevertheless, i won't be going back there again. Pros: they got the job done Cons: front desk person didn't really know anything more
