Kwik Kar Lube & Tune

I have been going here for over 2 years, always friendly quick and courteous. Good wash jobs. I was in last month for my inspection sticker, in/out in less than 30 Min. I will continue to go here for any thing they can do for my truck. more

I've been going to Kwik Kar in Murphy for years. I use them for carwashes and oil changes. I've never had a problem and in fact they've gone out of their way for me. They once gave me a ride home and were able to take tar off my car that I thought would never come off. Great people! more

After reading other (this location & others) Kwik Kar reviews, I thought ok, still going because it was recommended, but was going to watch to see what all was done. You get a free car wash with oil change - I told the young man I did not want that service since I had just washed my truck. So I have to give them credit for listening and acknowledging that it was clean. I had also filled my washer fluid before going - I hate the blue stuff!! I noticed they did not check the air in my tires, the only fluid checked was the oil after they had filled it. Just made mental note of all this... So the guy comes in says its ready, gave me a rain check for the wash (that's nice!!) although I am thinking I will need professional interior cleaning now to get the stinch of his body oder out of my truck...\r Once home and reviewing the reciept... I am absolutely shocked. The young lady that checked me out asked for my drivers license so she could put my info in the system. She put only middle name and completely butchered the spelling of my last name. Seriously.... you have the drivers license right there!!! Obviously needs to have her eyes checked.\r Ok.. so looking at the service checklist... WOW... all these fluids checked that I witnessed them not be checked! Tire pressure - ""checked""... NOT the one I really loved was the washer fluid - ""Added""... lmao!!!! Now that is the best. Oh I will be back, just because I want to bring to their attention they can't spell and did not check all these items. Pros: Friendly more
