Worst cleaners in town by far, they lose your clothes and will not compensate you for them. Pros: The prices are good. Cons: If you can afford to replace the ones they lose or take home. more

This is the first time I have used this cleaner. I took my king sized comforter in to be ""Dry Cleaned"" and was told they could do this. When I picked the comforter up, it looked like it had been ""laundered"". I put it on my bed and found out it had shrunk! This tells me that my first instinct that it had been laundered was correct. It also did not have the strong dry clean chemical smell or the smooth pressed look common with ""dry cleaned"" items. I brought it to the attention of the women in the store and they looked at the tags and said it was dry cleaned because the tag said so!!!!! It is now too small to use and I am going to have to replace the whole set. All they said was I don't know what we can do other than try to clean again. Why would you think that cleaning it again would stretch it enough to now fit on my bed?????!!!!!! They offered no other solution or compensation. I would most definately NOT recommend this cleaner to anyone! Pros: Easy Parking Cons: Didn't provide service to my satisfaction and didn't make problem right more
