kv has pawn shops like i've never seen before! at the kanawha city location you have to talk to john he's givin crazy deals on tv's chainsaws, guns, computers ect...there is not a thing i haven't got from kv shops and i will continue to get these AMAZING deals from kv pawn!! I will most definitely tell everybody to go see them not only in kanawha city but also at their new location in dunbar! more

Worst Pawn Shop EVER!!! 2/10/2011

What a poorly ran business. First of all, nobody want to help you on the phone if you call, when you go in the store everyone has an "I'm better than you" approach, which is a complete turnoff when it comes to buying something from them. Last of all, anything electronic that seems to come out of the store NEVER WORKS!!!! more

Will go back!!! 1/5/2011

I bought a 47" plasma television from a guy named John at their location in kanawha city. When I arrived John not only had the TV waiting on me but also took an additional $75 off of the 20% sale they were already running. I will make sure I go back this Valentines Day to buy the wifey a nice ring, their jewelry selection was HUGE!!! more

They don't honor their promises 11/15/2009

I called and spoke to a man named John before they closed the evening before and was told that they would hold an item for a agreed advertised price when I went to pick this item up I was told they would not be honoring this price. I drove for 35 min just for this item and was told they did not care and they would not be selling me this item at this price. Stay Clear of this Store 9/22/2009

I had several pcs. of jewelry to pawn, but after the man at KVFJ looked at them he turned down two of the best pcs. and only gave me a small amount for the plain pcs. I am talking a mans diamond ring, and a womans wedding set from an up town jewelry store. He said he had too many of them in stock so he could not sell them. The store was dirty and seemed barren of many items. I feel I was ripped off big time. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Stay clear of it!! more

An Awesome Pawnshop! 3/5/2007

Kanawha Valley Fine Jewelry and Loan is the best pawnshop in West Virginia. I used to go to Will Jewelry and Loan, but they do not have any customer service skills. They are rude to their customers at Wills, but Kanawha Valley is awesome. They are helpful and always greet you upon entering the store. Then they always thank you for coming in the store when you leave. They offer the best prices out of anywhere and that I've been. I would deffinetly recomend them to anybody I know. more

Kanawha Valley Fine Jewelry and Loan is awesome to say the least! They have a huge selection of merchandise to choose from! Their store is VERY big, as well as immaculate! Their employees are great as well. They answer any questions you may have, and help as much as they can! They are located about 20 minutes away from my house, but I frequently visit there to find great deals! They are very fair when it comes to giving you a fair amount of money for your merchandise you want to borrow money against or pawn. I frequently recommend Kanawha Valley Fine Jewelry and Loan to all of my friends because they are definitely one of a kind! more
