kv appliance repair 8/19/2010

My cousin recommended me this company because kv appliance repair repairs every problem that my cousin has to do with appliances. I called their company so they can fix my Sub zero refrigerator and a service man came in the same afternoon and he gave me an estimate to fix the refrigerator, the repairman was very honest with me he told me the problem and how too fix it. 1 hour passed and my refrigerator was as good as new and i have not had a problem ever since I recommend Kv appliance to any one who needs their applaince fixed. more

Washing machine wizards 5/15/2007

I highly recommend this repair company. KV told me over the phone what the various problems could be with my broken washing machine and what it would cost to fix. They came out on a Saturday (the same day I called.) They were in and out like wizards-- found the problem was a worn part, which they showed to me, and then replaced. They charged a reasonable amount. The repair came with a 45 day warranty. It's been working fine past that time. more

Poor Customer Service and inexperienced technicians 9/20/2006

I would highly recommend AGAINST the use of this vendor! Not only was I not provided a written estimate prior to work being performed, the diagnosis was incorrect and the repair performed made matters worse. After hiring an authorized repair service, they informed me that the prior work would need to be reversed in order to resolve my issues. Within a 1/2 hours time, all issues had been resolved. more

they cover many cities 8/21/2006

Knowing that they are located in the city of Santa Clara, I was surprised when they told me that they cover many other cities as well. I have family in Sunnyvale and Cupertino, so I'll be sure to recommend you guys KV appliance! I live in San Jose which has a high population, and so I was very pleased when they showed up on time and fixed my problem right away! I NEEDED THAT OVEN. HAHAHA. more
