I used to spend two hours per day at the gym. After joining Kuzora Fitness, my trainers assured me that their well planned 45-minute high intensity, muscle building and toning, cardio filled boot camp session at least 4 times per week would more than help me reach my fitness goals. 9 weeks & minus 21.2 pounds later, here I am! Fitting comfortably back into my old wardrobe, feeling energized, and with a renewed sense of confidence!! I love the challenge of our boot camps. The personal training staff always push us to our fullest potential, ensure that we never repeat the same work out twice (ever!), and are very professional and courteous. All of this happens in a spirited and fun-filled environment. Setting, meeting, and maintaining fitness goals. Establishing friendships and partnerships. Definitely the best gym offering the most effective one-one-one and small group training in the Raleigh/Wake Forest area, hands down! \r
