While I was disappointed that I would not see my favorite hygienist (Courtney) today, her replacement did an adequate job, but she was not as knowledgeable or efficient as Courtney. The final pressure cleaning portion felt spotty and it seemed like certain areas were overlooked. I forgot my purse/wallet this morning, which was conveyed to the front desk when I arrived. I was advised to ring the office later with my credit card information. However when I arrived home after work, my husband notified me that the dentist office had called to collect payment. It was disappointing to know that the office called my husband's business line to follow up and collect payment around 3pm. My family has always paid in full on the day of service and I am completely annoyed in the office's lack of consideration. I suppose Kuzma Dentistry thought I'd forget my obligation and wanted to collect fees as soon as possible. Although my accounting is certainly in order now, the Kuzma office has lost my trust and probably my business.
