Overall great experience. From the initial service call to the completion of the system I was always informed and was never pushed or swayed into a more expensive system. They were very clear on available options and extremely professional. On the day on the install Jeff and Corey did a truly amazing job. Runners were placed on all carpeted surfaces and clean up upon completion was awesome. Both did a very thorough job on explaining system. Very impressed with my overall experience. more

Jake called to see if he could come a little earlier than my appointment time.....OH YES!!!! Jake was here to service my air conditioner, and he explained and showed me everything I asked for or needed to see. I swear Jake must have been trained by Todd ?? Great Company with Great Technicians.!!! more

He explained how my 12 year old air conditioner could last by installing a compressor saver and capacitor. AC Issues 7/7/2017

I had an issue with my AC that the previous Technician supposedly fixed. Well a month later it stopped working again. Called KHC and they sent Jon R who was great. He was able to explain what he was seeing and provided some great suggestions that I feel the previous guy should have. Because of Jon's customer service and the office staff friendliness when making the appointment I will be going to them from now on. more

AC and Furnace installation 6/28/2017

Jeff K., James and Brandon removed my furnace, AC, thermostat control and humidifier and installed new Bryant replacements. They worked hard, were very thorough, explained the needed to know information on each unit and went over the bill and applied the appropriate discounts. Extremely satisfied with their work and communication. Very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Kustom Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs. more
