According to Brian Bemis' sales staff, "they do not give out pricing over the phone or email as a matter of policy". I prefer to not deal with the hassle of physically going to multiple dealers. I prefer dealerships who will take the time to give you all costs associated with the purchase of a vehicle prior to coming in their doors. After having bought a "CERTIFIED used Toyota" from Brian Bemis I’m finding that I might have acted slightly naive when it came to purchasing a Certified used vehicle. I assumed that Certified meant that everything on the vehicle was good to go, but I should have inspected everything MUCH BETTER. There are numerous problems which Bemis said they would take care of, but a month later they still have not. My wife and I paid them a visit today and found the general manager, Phil Boland to be particularly unsympathetic and rude. He accused me of "brow beating" his staff, and called me a liar, and then when I became angry threatened to have the police remove me from the premises. Are you kidding me? After I spent almost 30k? I know my experience was quite different from the others posted. My salesman, Rob, is probably the only reason I bought from them, and the service manager, Jim, tried his best to help. However, the general manager, Phil, ultimately was the most disrespectful person who has ever gotten that much of my money and I wouldn’t dream of ever giving him a penny more. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Don’t you just love the internet? more
