Second car bought from Brian Bemis 5/3/2011

This is the second vehicle I've prurchased from Brian Bemis and it was another easy transaction. Michelle Mitchell was great in going over the Ridgeline, showing features and how to work everything. From the time I walked in to the time I left, every person I met greeted me or made sure I was taken care of. I will definately return when I'm looking for my next vehicle!! Oustanding staff and great selection!! more

Worst ever.... Steer clear of Brian Bemis Imports!!!!! 11/1/2010

To start I am giving the a 1 and even thats way above how I WAS TREATED.... Chad Bemis really needs to touch UP on privacy act laws . I gave this clown a 1k deposit and its still not been refunded. I plan on letting every consumer that may go their way to steer clear . Chad Bemis gave my personal info to a third party /company . He would not return my call .. I would love to show any consumer the emails he sent to me .STEER CLEAR OF BRAD BEMIS IMPORTS IN ILLINOIS.... THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND TRY TO KEEP YOUR MONEY.... I will be reporting the dealership to the local Licensing board.... more

Great Sales Experience 1/27/2010

I went into Brian Bemis World Auto to look for a new car, this was one of 3 dealers I was looking at... and their sales & managerial staff were GREAT to deal with! They have given me the lowest price of the 3 dealers and treated me very kindly... I couldnt have asked for a better experience Pros: friendly, approachable, generous, trustworthy Cons: minimal selection more

Quality Service 11/27/2009

I brought my Dodge Caravan into their service department and right away they greeted me with kindness. They said it would be about a 2 hour appointment, and offered me a courtesy shuttle ride back to my home and then picked me up again when it was ready only an hour and a half later! So not only did they service my vehicle in a timely matter but they're free shuttle serivce was very convenient! My Caravan was even washed and vaccumed without me having to ask! They were all wonderful people, I will definitely be going back there again! Pros: Local, convenient, friendly, time efficient Cons: a little pricey more
