This vet is way overpriced and greedy. I have 4 animals and when I bring them in for shots, they charge each one an examination fee. At $55 per pet plus all the shots, you can spend a fortune. Also the staff is completely rude and unprofessional. My lab puppy had worms and they said I could come in that day, but I'd have to pay an extra "emergency fee" if I wanted to come in. Two days earlier, I had dropped over $500 there and then they wanted to charge me an extra "emergency fee"? When I complained they hung up on me and then a week later sent me a letter saying that "they had dropped me as a client". Crazy. more

Don't go here over priced and lacks customer service 6/16/2009

This place is over priced. Even with an appointment you still need to wait 20-30 min to be seen. Also they are not good at returning phone calls. I had to call multiple times in a span of 2 days before the Dr. returned my call. Also I left a phone message a few days later that was never returned. What I did receive in a timely manner was a mailed estimate of further tests that she wished to perform on my dog totaling over $1200. Bottom line don't go here - it's expensive and lacks greatly in customer service. more

Good with service dog 9/26/2008

i take my laberdoodle here to Dr Pope. My dog is a service dog that I require on a regular basis. Dr. Pope is very good about getting us in and out so I do not have to be with out my dog for too long. The staff are very knowledgeable and caring I always feel safe leaving Pixie here. more

Wonderful pet care 9/13/2008

Dr. Pope and her staff have been providing health care for my cats for the past 8 years. The entire staff is very caring, and we have always received excellent service. As my cats became elderly and required more frequent visits, I especially appreciated their evening and Saturday appointment hours. more

Go somewhere else 4/15/2008

My sister's dog died while at this office for a teeth cleaning. Oh yes, they were plenty sorry. But is this acceptable? I wouldn't recommend Dr. Pope or her office. more
