Fabulous service 1/6/2010

The Kuhn service exceeded my expectations. I brought my 07 Odyssey for an oil change, was late arriving for my appointed time, and fully expected to wait a while with the busy holiday week. Dale greeted me with a smile and Kevin took care of the oil change so that I waited under an hour. Bill payment was prompt, and the young lady handling the register was nice. Fabulous service all around! My thanks to any others I missed as well. I will return for future service needs. - Grace more

We were provided a loaner car at no cost which was a wonderful surprise. Additionally all available discounts and special promotional items were deducted from our bill without asking or us having to remember to bring our couupons. Great experience, The Nelsons' more
