Recently opening in Mid March, Kublai Khan in its popularity decided to branch out from Hwy. 290 and come to I-10. And though much hasn't changed in the menu, the aspect of a Mongolian BBQ coming to Katy was long overdue. Not your standard stir-fry at any Chinese restaurant, but you own creation. From many choices in vegetables, meat, spices, and sauces, you are also able to choose what grains you would like to make your stir-fry complete. And what else makes your meal complete when you can signal the cooks with a Gong. The only downside is the ambiance and decor, its very cliche. But if you are looking for a great meal, fueled by your own imagination at a decent price, this is a place for you.
