From one steakhouse owner to another - GREAT!!! 3/2/2008

Went to the Connor's at Turkey Ridge Mall and had a WONDERFUL dinner. Prime Rib was perfectly done as was the strip steak (Pittsburgh Style). Prices were quite in line with what we expected and our service was outstanding. Cory was right there whenever we needed him and even when we didn't! The manager checked on us to ensure that all went well and we had a great dinner. We would recommend it to our friends and family. Pros: Everything was perfect and atmosphers is very cozy Cons: None that we could find. more

Food was great, however staff was not 7/23/2006

The previous entry HAS to be an employee, because we found Connor's undelightful & unaccommodating. Not family friendly! The staff was not kind, nor were they quick to cater to our needs. Our server was very short with us & with our 10 month old. She snapped at him for reaching for her straws in her apron. Of course my son only being 10 mo old had no idea she was rude or even that he had done anything wrong, but we found it very shocking! All of the staff members seemed to be young & extremely untrained. We will NOT RETURN unless we hear there has been a drastic change in staff members & management. Pros: very convenient while shopping & food was fairly good Cons: staff members & their attitudes more

The Best of the Best in Sevierville 6/1/2005

Even though it's located in the center of a somewhat cheesy outlet center Connor's is awesome. Mike Connor has been creating memorable restaurants in Knoxville for years (think Chops, Copper Cellar etc) and this one is worthy of his name. The Lobster Dip, Strawberry Spinach Salad, Lobster Brab Bisque, Seafood Caserole, and Steaks are fabulous and you can finish it all of with their delightful Creme Brulee. Conner's is a definate must try. more
