I took 2 motorcycles in for basic service. One for the 500 mile checkup and one for the 5000 mile service. $510 later. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I spoke with the service department. They have an I DON""T CARE attitude. more

Bad attitiude, HORRIBLE service! 11/14/2011

My coworker referred me to these con-artists. Drove my bike in from Draper for the service (Dyna-tune). They spent 90% of the time fixing the Dynamometer. Had to get a ride home. Was ""fixed"" later the next day. The bike ran like crap. They got me in a week later for another try. After 2 hours of working on the bike, the service guy tried to tell me that my ECU was fried and would need to get it fixed. After arguing with him that it was fine when I got there (I drove the bike there), I noticed the USB cord was unplugged from the PCIII on my bike. He plugged it in and cont. working on the bike. Once completed, I have hick-ups, sputters, bad gas mileage, and poor performance. more

Great Service, Great Attitude - No problems 4/10/2010

In the last year, I bought a BMW motorcycle from these people and the service was excellent - I also ordered some expensive riding gear - to ensure a perfect fit, they sent it back for another size twice - no complaints from them. Gave me a great price also. I would not hesitate to buy another machine from them, or buy gear -they went considerably out of their way to help. I don't know who or why the negative reviews were written , but if there were problems, I didn't see any now. Pros: Willingness to ""work with you"" more

Great Customer Service 7/15/2008

I am not sure if things have radically changed over at BMW North Salt Lake, but these guys were great. Their parts dept. went above and beyond the call. I don't even own a BMW motorcycle, but they found the part I needed, which was not easy. I would definitely give them a try. more

Full- Service Dealer 6/2/2008

There are some bad reviews on here but I don't know if they are fair. Each time I visit there are lots of people visiting and hanging out. BMW motorcycles are more expensive but they hold there value and they last a long time. Pros: Nice big place, friendly staff, full service Cons: Didn't buy here - don't know more
