The recession is too bad as well as ignorant people 5/5/2009

I have used Kruse Cleaners for many years under the old ownership and the latest. Overnight, under the recent ownership, this business turned around. The front was clean and bright, items returned on time if not sooner and the cleaning was outstanding. A few weeks ago I arrived to find the business closed and a note on the door of how to reach the owner. **(a few of my coworkers had recieved calls from them advising of the closing and to pick up garmets. I had not as I had not left a phone number w/my records) Pros: This was a struggling business brought back to life Cons: Recession more

If you have clothes at this business that have not yet been returned to you, I encourage you to file a complaint with the Lake Oswego police, the Oregon Department of Justice, and KOIN local news. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO THEM OVER THE PHONE IF THEY ASK FOR PREPAYMENT - BEWARE OF POTENTIAL FRAUD! Amazing Attention to Detail 11/7/2008

I got some pants hemmed at Kruse Cleaners, and they turned out perfectly. They were also able to get out a very pesky BBQ stain in which other cleaners could not get out. they gave me the option of having a crease in them (some other cleaners did not give me the option). Very nice front desk staff, they speak fluent English and adhere to a due date. I would recommend this wonderful cleaners to anyone! Pros: Fluent English and Professional. Open on Saturday Cons: Not open Sunday more
