Hired a contractor who walked out of the job 3/4 through. This place was highly encouraged to buy from by the contractor, my husband and I were very unhappy with seeing the old appliances on display and how we were talked to in circles. Prices for the appliances we wanted were extremely high and we were told that they may not be able to get what we wanted, and we should purchase what the recommended instead. We left and never went back. We are suppressed they are still in buisness. We bought beautiful high end appliances for less money at Ferguson Ent. more

Manufacturer's Warranties Void, When Retailer is NOT " Authorized " by Mfr. 5/24/2013

Not a one television in entire store, of what is seen, is NOT competitively priced. Store Showroom is 80 to 90 % EMPTY, so this is not a STOCKING APPLIANCE STORE, unfortunately, which means there is not a selection. Owner is ONLY sales help for store and two delivery men operation. Not an authorized dealer for Whirlpool sibling namebrands, nor Speed Queen ! My appliance was supposed to be " NEW " but Whirlpool told me, appliance was 5 YEARS OLD ! Consumer's need to know, before you BUY, contact the Mfr. of name brand you like, ask them if the retailer is " AUTHORIZED DEALER / DISTRIBUTOR " if not, shop elsewhere. SAMSUNG & PIONEER etc.. refuse to honor warranty, by UN-authorized merchants. So please be careful ! more
