good food, horrible service. I kept going back for the food and the convience this place is just around the corner for me. Take out is great but dining in is horrible. Waiters are rude and unprofessional. Its been that way everytime i have eaten there. My last time there i was unhappy with the service. i still left a 15% tip and the waiter followed me out of the restaurant demanding a bigger tip. what kind of customer service is that? I no longer eat at this restaurant or even order take out. i also dont recommend this restaurant cause of the poor service. Pros: food is good Cons: horrible service more

The food here is really one of the best thai food I have ever had. The food is very tasty and at an affordable price. Not only that, they open really late which makes it a good hang out spot. But every time I have eaten here, service has been horrible. The waiters and waitresses are always chatting and do not pay enough attention to customers. Every time we ask for service, they are rude and hardly ever smile. Last time I ordered to go and got a USED lime in my box! It was disgusting and no longer do I eat here. Sure, the food is truly excellent but you cannot just rely on good food and ignore everything else to make a business successful. I wish I can enjoy such good food but too disappointed at the quality of their service to go back. This is why I rated it 3 out of 5. On a scale of 1 low -out of - 5 high on my knowledge of Thai food, I'd say its only a 2.5-3 although I lived with Thai people for a year and half and I ate Thai food on a consistent basis. When I compare the food to what I used to eat, I'd say that I'm glad places like Krua exist. Its open late! Its reasonably priced, and they have a great variety of food to choose from which makes this place a great value. Is it the best Thai food? I have to say that this is Thai food at its best. The price is very reasonable and the food portions as well. The menu is impressive, whether you are a Thai food lover or not, this place is great, even if you just like fried rice, it's delicious.
