Took a group of teenage boys out this weekend & they had a wonderful time! They loved the fields & the refs & I loved the ample shade provided! The boys are already planning their next trip. Great place! more

While I do not condone aggressive behavior, the fact that a grown person picked up a paintball to throw against the building to break it...um that does seem very disprespectful. I have been to this field with my children w/o incident & witnessed signs posted in several places not to throw paintballs. I also work in the customer service industry & know how frustrating it can be to have to clean up after people & deal with people who damage things & act like it's no big deal. The owner I'm sure has worked hard to build this business & is frustated with disrespectful customers. Maybe he should have handled it differently, but how many people would like to have paint thrown at THEIR building. more

Horrible place to play, not only does 5/29/2012

Horrible place to play, not only does the wanna be 'volunteer' fire dept dirt bag ruin every aspect of the game. The owner practically had a heart attack yelling at another group about some thrown paint. Yea they shouldnt have thrown paint... but acting like that reminds me back when we fought for food and land, read neanderthal. If you take your kids bring some ear plugs or they will get a healthy dose of racism and foul language from the owner himself. OH and dont let them touch anything, he just might freak out that washable paint got on the wrong spot of grass. so basically, tie them to your back and empty your hopper then go run around, then everything will be ok. Or you could just go to a park and save yourself from a run down, 'i make the rules attitude' ownership, and overall poor experience this place has to offer. youve been warned. Wear a pointy white hood, and bring a cookie, then you might enjoy your time. more

paintball + building = Owner crying like baby 5/28/2012

Stay away from this park the socially inept owner had a melt down in front of our 10 member team when one of the members attempted to break a paint ball against the entrance building at the entrance to the park. Our team was treated to a freak show of screaming profanity which included plenty of F words as well as racial slurs. This scene played out for what seemed like 3 minutes and was no simple outburst but a continued barrage of vulgaraty. We were fortunate no children were among our party. We really don't know if alcohol, mental impairment, or some kind of raciest upbringing contributed to the owner's aggressive, belligerent and threatening behavior. Our team decided that it was in our best interests to find Alternative forms of entertainment, as watching a grown man totally break down like this was not really that appealing.\r \r We were also disturbed when our apparently errant yet apologetic team member was threatened by a staff member who declared him self to be an employee more

Our team decided that it was in our best interests to find Alternative forms of entertainment, as watching a grown man totally break down like this was not really that appealing. We were also disturbed when our apparently errant yet apologetic team member was threatened by a staff member who declared him self to be an employee of the county (declaring him self a firefighter). We had a hard time interpreting the threats as the staff members dialog was incoherent but the consensus we arrived at was that the he was attempting to intimidate us by declaring that he would get all of his ""sheriff buddies"" to follow and harass our team member and insure there would be ""Trouble"" for him, whatever that means. We are guessing the unidentified ""Employee of Bexar county"" is a actually just a volunteer firefighter if at all, and in no way represents the opinions and/or views of Bexar County. This is Bexar county not Jasper Texas. This goes well beyond customer service incompetence and crosses over into the far fringes of social dysfunction. I will go out on a limb and suggest you are not into this kind of drama and should seek entertainment else where. more

Great Paintball Park!!!! 4/23/2012

Last weekend I took my little brother to a birthday party at krossfire. I left him there at 9:00am and was supposed to pick him up after their 3 hour session was over at noon. I decided to come back early and watch for a bit. It turns out that they had such a good deal with their group rate that they bought tons of paintballs and had more than they needed. They invited me to join and I played with them for their last 4 games. I was able to shoot a few of his friends, but my little bro got the last laugh by shooting me in between the eyes in the last round. Luckily our safety protection did its job and my eyes were safe! I cannot believe how much fun I had in just 30 minutes!! We will be back again during the summer after my finals are over!!!! more

Not Disappointed 4/14/2010

After reading the reviews of Krossfire we had to try it out for ourselves and we were not disappointed. Being fairly new to the sport of paintball, my little group was a bit nervous trying out a new field, but from the start we felt at home. If we had questions on anything, the staff answered them. They we helpful and didn't make us feel like idiots for asking. The refs all had good attitudes and called fair games. We were really impressed by the way they really kept things moving. Once a game ended a new game was set to begin in no more than 5 to 10 minutes. My only complaint might be sometimes a new game would start too quick and we didn't have enough time to re-air, reload., and clean up. Overall we had a great time and can't wait to go back. Krossfire is my home field from now on.? Pros: Great service, low rates more

Extremely Rude!! Avoid this place 4/8/2010

He practically told me off while 10 children was waiting for orientation. He couldn't admit that he messed up my reservation, and instead yelled at me to get out of his office...with children?!! I had carefully planned this birthday party and I'm 200% sure I called the right place, I had their paperwork in front of me when I called. The guy knows nothing about customer service, if anyone here is defending him they're probably affiliated with his business. But believe each and every one of the horror stories about this place Cons: Manager will embarrass you more
