Go to Publix right down the road! Very poor service at the Kroger Pharmacy. Avoid using Kroger for your precriptions, especially if something is urgent. My daughter went to the doctor for stomach pains around noon on February 1, 2010 and the doctor called in a prescription to the Kroger Pharmacy at 48 Bullsboro Drive, Newnan GA 30263. The doctor had said to give her the medication right away to eliviate the pain. Two hours and multiple phone calls to the pharmacy later they still had not checked their voicemails to get her precription started. Mean while my girl's pain got worse. I asked them how long it would be until they were ready and the lady there got an attitude with me and said that they had just received it and she did not know and that it would be atleast six at night before it was ready. I then called a few other places and then called and spoke with the same lady at Kroger and told her that I wanted my prescription transfered to Publix. She proceeded with the same attitude and said she did not see what the problem was and took her time in telling me the steps to transfer the it. Atleast we know to not patronize that store ever again. Publix right down the road said they would have it ready in under 45 minutes.
